All local firm organized and licensed under the law of Ethiopia that qualify to bid are invited to participate in this invitation to bids and have to fulfill the following requirements;

1. Valid and renewed trade license for the year
2. VAT registered
3. Fulfilled their obligations to pay taxes according to Ethiopian law

Bidders must be accompanied by 100,000.00 Bid Bond.

Bidders shall present Original and copy of their financial and Technical proposals separately

Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives at 10:30 AM on November 01/2016, 10:30PM.
